Born in 1962, graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Shandong Tai'an Teachers College from 1980 to 1982, was a fine arts teacher of Shandong Feicheng No.1 middle school from 1982 to 1992, and was the chief of the professional creation section of Shandong Taishan painting academy from 1992 to 2003. More than 20 kinds of works have been compiled and a large number of works have been published in newspapers and magazines. Works have been published by people's fine arts publishing house, Shanghai Fine Arts Publishing House, Tianjin Fine Arts Publishing House, Jiangsu fine arts publishing house, Shandong Fine Arts Publishing House and other overseas publishing houses. His works are exhibited in South Korea, Japan, North Korea, Singapore, Chile, Argentina, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other countries and regions, and some of them are collected by relevant institutions.

Works exhibition: the first National Watercolor and powder painting exhibition, the first and second world watercolor painting exhibition, the fourth and Fifth Asian watercolor painting exhibition, the Sixth National Watercolor Painting Exhibition, the ninth and tenth national art works exhibition, Chinese 100 people watercolor painting exhibition and other exhibitions, some of the works won prizes. He is now a member of China Artists Association and Shandong Artists Association. He is a specially appointed senior painter of Shandong Academy of painting, a member of world and Asian watercolor painting alliance, Deputy Secretary General of Taishan Painting School Research Association, a national second-class artist, and a full-time senior painter of Taishan Academy of painting
