Jin Zhonghuan

Jin Zhonghuan, born in September 1944, Korean nationality, university culture, member of the Communist Party of China, section chief, senior engineer, member of the fourth and Fifth Committee of the Jiagedaqi District of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference, and chairman of the Jiagedaqi Bridge Association.

Graduated from Beijing Institute of iron and steel in July 1970, majored in precision alloy; served as designer and engineer of ang'angxi electromechanical branch of Qiqihar steel works from August 1970 to February 1990; served as engineer of Daxing'anling regional gold Management Bureau from March 1990 to December 1990; served as director and Secretary of Daxing'anling brewery from December 1990 to May 1993; served as director and Secretary of Daxing'anling regional economic commission from June 1993 to August 1996 Chief of Industry Bureau.
