Performance style
Style features
Yan Jiemin not only inherits Wang Guotong's rigorous and delicate performance characteristics, but also can accurately consider the syntactic characteristics of the sentences and the special charm of folk music when dealing with the works. Yan Jiemin received regular Erhu performance training since childhood. Later, he obtained a degree and Certificate in piano, composition, electronic organ and other aspects. He also studied Banhu, Gaohu, Jinghu, guqin and other musical instruments. Scientific Erhu performance training, broad and rich artistic accomplishment, coupled with excellent artistic talent, make her performance reflect a high-level new concept. In terms of playing techniques, Yan Jiemin is standard but not inflexible, natural and natural; the use of techniques has reached a state of perfection. Playing different styles of traditional erhu works, Yan Jiemin plays with authentic and methodical style, without any sense of similarity. In the art of music, the melody is smooth, each sound is exquisitely carved, and there is no trace of artificial carving. The music flows out from the bottom of my heart completely. It seems that there is no deliberate performance, but the emotion is very touching.
