Ma Xiaohui

Ma Xiaohui, male, Han nationality, was born in Cixi, Zhejiang Province in January 1966. He joined the Communist Party of China in September 1988 and began to work in February 1984. He graduated from the Party School of Zhejiang provincial Party committee.

At present, he is the Secretary of Huzhou municipal Party committee and the first Secretary of Huzhou Military District Party committee.
