Male, born on September 3, 1950 in shitoushan Town, Baidi Town, Qidong County, Hengyang City, Chen Yunfei is a member of China quyi Artists Association, director of Hunan quyi Artists Association and vice chairman of Qidong County Literary Federation. He is a famous writer of Hengyang Yugu, a national intangible cultural heritage, and a representative of Qidong Yugu lyrics.
