Gao Hang, male, graduated from Beijing Foreign Affairs University and holds a master's degree in Business Administration from CEIBS. After graduating from University, he worked in the Ministry of foreign affairs and the Chinese Embassy in Denmark for three years.
Professional experience
Gao Hang has been engaged in enterprise management and human resource management for 20 years. He was the first human resource manager of Philips Electronics (China) group in China. From 1997 to 1999, he served as the director of human resources at forstar (China) Co., Ltd. In 1999, Mr. Gao joined Bristol Myers Squibb (China) Co., Ltd. as director of human resources, and was promoted to senior director of human resources in 2000. In addition to being responsible for the company's personnel management in China, Mr. Gao also led the important global human resource management projects of Bristol Myers Squibb, such as "talent development and transnational deployment". Mr. Gao has human resource management experience in different industries. He has rich experience in the fields of establishing a new company, restructuring the company, business expansion, business adjustment, transactional human resource management and strategic human resource management. Gao Hang founded Shanghai Huihua Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. in 2002. The company is mainly engaged in senior recruitment services and human resource management solutions. In 2003, 2004 and 2005, Huihua Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. was nominated as "the best recruitment company in China" by the famous human resource management authoritative journal "Chinese talents".

Gao Hang is a senior human resource management practitioner, enjoys a high reputation at home and abroad, and has won many awards. In 1998, Mr. Gao won the "best human resource manager of the year" award selected by the famous human resource management authoritative journal "Chinese talents". In November 2003, he was awarded the "outstanding contribution award of human resource management in China and Hong Kong" again.
