Zheng Shuai, born in Chaozhou, Guangdong, is the founder of China Overseas Investment Association and China Overseas Investment (Beijing) International Investment Management Co., Ltd. At present, he is the executive chairman of China overseas investment Federation and the president of China Overseas Investment (Beijing) International Investment Management Co., Ltd. in addition, Zheng Shuai also serves as the vice president of Guangdong Creative Economy Research Association. Committed to the development of China's overseas investment, on September 22, 2012, he and the vice chairman of the DPRK joint venture investment committee jointly launched the first special fund for Chinese enterprises to invest in North Korea. It is known as the leader of China's overseas investment by peers.
