Wang Mingquan was born in Qingpu, Shanghai on August 28, 1947. When she was a child, she lived with her grandparents in Shanghai. When she was 9 years old, she was taken over by her parents who worked hard in Hong Kong and formally moved to Hong Kong. When she was a child, she wanted to be a stewardess like her sister.
Acting experience
In 1966, Wang Mingquan, who worked in a writing room, took part in the new talent training class of Liddy TV in her spare time, and became the first batch of students in the performing arts training class of Liddy. She graduated with the first prize (graduation certificate number is 00001) and officially entered the Performing Arts circle. Political experience
In 1980, Hong Kong's deputies to the National People's Congress were not elected by the people of Hong Kong themselves, but were nominated and elected by the representatives of Guangdong Province. Wang Mingquan was nominated by many people during the election and embarked on the road of politics.
In 1988, due to her outstanding achievements in performing arts, she was recommended as a deputy to the people's Congress of Hong Kong by the Hong Kong Branch of Xinhua news agency; in the same year, she was elected premier of Baoliang Bureau in the year of Wu Chen, and was elected as a representative of Hong Kong and Macao to the Seventh National People's Congress of China. In 1992, he was elected as the 26th chairman of the Hong Kong Bahe club. In 1996, he became a member of the Preparatory Committee and Selection Committee of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China. He was also formally appointed as a member of the arts Bureau and a cultural affairs adviser of the Regional Council. In the same year, he served as a goodwill ambassador of the Hong Kong Society for the protection of children and a director of the Hong Kong Artists Association.
In 1998, he was appointed member of the Ninth National Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference and vice chairman of the band Committee of the Hong Kong Scout Association in the same year. In 2002, he was a member of the election committee and the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Cancer Prevention Association. In 2003, he was a member of the board of directors of the Hong Kong Dance Company. In 2004, he served as Oxfam ambassador, chairman of Hong Kong television professionals association and chairman of the Executive Committee of China Opera Development Center.
In 2005, the directors of the Hong Kong government said that they supported the development of local art, but they ignored the incident.
