Chen Yuhua, born in November 1935 in Fuyang, Zhejiang Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), editor and editor of Shanxi Economic Publishing House, specially invited researcher of Institute of rural development, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, executive director of China Association for Promoting County town economic exchanges, and director of China Society for urban economics. Character history

He joined the army in 1951 and graduated from the sixth Logistics School of the Military Commission (technical secondary school). In July 1954, he was a secretary of Shanxi provincial government for 18 years. He entered the publishing industry in May 1972. He once served as director and vice president of Shanxi people's publishing house. In June 1989, he founded Shanxi Economic Publishing House (the first provincial publishing house in China) and served as the first president. There are 58 kinds of Chinese contemporary economists' essays, which have important historical data value and are widely praised. The series of Chinese socialist economic structure, which has been sponsored, planned and edited by structural research, has been listed in the national "sixth five year plan". There are 15 kinds of books, and 6 kinds of books have been listed in the national "Eighth Five Year Plan" and "Fifth Five Year Plan"“ Five key books have been published in the ninth five year plan. Sun Yefang anthology won the first National Book Award; Xue Muqiao anthology, China's rural social and economic changes, and contemporary China's village economy and village culture series won the first, second, and third National Book Award nominations. It is the only responsibility of the national publishing industry to win the "three consecutive titles" of the national award so far. In 1994, he was awarded the advanced individual of propaganda and ideological work in Shanxi Province; in 1995, he was awarded the title of model worker in Shanxi Province.
