(1958.7 -) the pseudonym is Yehe, from Gansu Province. Good at Chinese painting. He graduated from the Department of art of Qinghai Normal University in 1982, majored in Chinese painting, and studied in the seminar of Beijing Academy of painting in 1996 and 2002. Now he is the second class artist of Xining Painting Academy.

He is a member of China Artists Association, executive vice chairman and Secretary General of Qinghai Artists Association, and vice chairman of Xining Artists Association. "Companion" was selected in the 13th National Print Exhibition, "autumn fruit" was selected in the national figure painting exhibition, "snow lotus on the horizon" was selected in the 9th National Art Exhibition.
