In 1978, the overseas Chinese office of the State Council approved the construction of Sanming hotel in Meilie District of Sanming City to settle the employment problems of returned and difficult overseas Chinese in Indonesia. It was completed and put into use in 1983.

brief introduction

With the need of market-oriented process, Sanming hotel was successfully restructured in 2002. Tianyuan Group has renovated Sanming hotel according to the "three-star" standard. Sanming hotel was awarded three-star tourist hotel by the National Tourism Administration in 2003. In 2009, Sanming hotel was demolished and a five-star tourist hotel was built in the original site. Sanming Hotel (Tianyuan International Hotel) is located at the intersection of Liedong street and Dongxin 2nd Road in the city center. The Hotel integrates guest room, catering, banquet, business, exhibition, entertainment, tourism and leisure. The hotel has 26 floors above ground and 2 floors below ground. It has more than 280 guest rooms. The Chinese and Western restaurants can accommodate 1400 people for dining at the same time. The business center, famous shopping, Conference Center, coffee shop, nightclub, KTV, fitness, sauna, foot bath and other functional facilities are in strict accordance with the regulations International five star hotel standard operation management.
