Uygur flower felt (kegezi) is a unique ancient handicraft in Keping County, Xinjiang. This kind of skill has been handed down from generation to generation by the industrious people of Keping, with distinctive local characteristics.

There are obvious differences between the weaving skills of Keping Uighur felt and those of other places in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The weaving skills of Keping Uighur felt belong to the category of "weaving felt". The main component is natural wool. In the manufacturing process, no other raw materials are added, and only natural plant dyes are used for dyeing. It is a pure natural hand-made product. Uygur flower felt (kegezi) production technology is mainly preserved in kumuli village, yuerqi rural area, Keping County, Xinjiang.
