Introduction to yingzhaofanzi boxing

Fanziquan was called "Ba Shan Fan" in Ming Dynasty, and later it was called "fanziquan" and "Fanzi". Yingzhaofanzi boxing is a new school of Fanzi boxing, which is based on the eight skills of Fanzi boxing. It absorbs the catching skills of Yueshi Sanshou and Diao catching hands of yingzhaogong, and develops into a new type of Fanzi boxing with the characteristics of yingzhaogong. It is widely popular in southern Beijing, Baoding and other areas of Hebei Province. Li Shuyuan and Li Gengyun in Anxin County, Hebei Province, and Guo Yindong, Dong Xianzhou and Liu Shijun in Xiongxian county were all famous Fanzi masters in the late Qing Dynasty. The main contents of yingzhaofanzi boxing are yingzhaoxingquan and yingzhaofanzi Lianquan. The so-called "hand boxing, backhand YingZhuo, fist dense as rain, crisp as whip" has both the style of yingzhaoquan and the characteristics of Fanzi boxing. Equipment routines include Liuhe gun, plum blossom gun, pole, Qimei stick, etc. The contents and main techniques of this boxing include grasping, fighting, catching, holding, overturning, collapsing, squeezing, leaning and high, low pressure, collapsing, rolling, jumping, cuddling, hanging, supporting, withdrawing, and linking legs. The main techniques are No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 descending, No. 4 guarding, sticking to the number of the clothing pulse, dividing tendons and bones, and pressing acupoints to close Qi. In the use of techniques, pay attention to Yin and Yang, inside and outside, up and down, soft and hard, length, speed, true and false, virtual and real eight aspects.
