In 2009, in the "competitiveness ranking of China's commercial banks" published by Banker magazine, it successfully won the award of "Best City Commercial Bank of 2008".

The bank has more than 80 branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Ningbo and Zhoushan. In the first quarter of 2002, the bank took the lead in successfully implementing the replacement of non-performing assets in the national city commercial banks, which fundamentally improved the asset quality of the whole bank and reached the national advanced level. In 2003, by increasing capital and shares, absorbing private capital, we realized the diversification of property rights. In April 2005 and August 2006, they successively signed strategic cooperation agreements with the Federal Bank of Australia and the Asian Development Bank, thus becoming the first city commercial bank with foreign shares in the province.
