Haier Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. was established in December 2014 with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. It is jointly established by Haier Group, Haier finance company, red star Macalline, Greentown e-commerce and China youzan (formerly "China Innovation payment"), which is the first national consumer finance company approved by China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission after expanding the pilot scope of consumer finance companies in China, and the first industry finance integrated consumer finance company in China. The only licensed consumer financial institution in Shandong Province.

Since the establishment of Haier consumer finance, it has been aiming to build "Internet of things family financial service leader" and "make hundreds of millions of families happy" as its mission.
