FAW Auto Finance Co., Ltd. is a non bank financial institution approved by China Banking Regulatory Commission on December 31, 2011. The registered capital of the company is 1 billion yuan, of which Jilin Bank contributed 340 million yuan, accounting for 34% of the shares; FAW Finance Co., Ltd. contributed 660 million yuan, accounting for 66% of the shares.
