In July 1988, the company began to work with Zhengzhou financial development company.

In November 1990, Zhengzhou Municipal Finance Bureau added the registered capital of the company to 50.067 million yuan; in October 1992, the company was reorganized separately with Zhengzhou financial development company, which was reorganized and opened on February 18, 1993; in September 2002, with the approval of the head office of the people's Bank of China, the company changed its name to Bairui trust and Investment Co., Ltd. after re registration, with a registered capital of 350 million yuan.
