Zijin trust, formerly known as Nanjing trust and investment company, was established in 1992. In September 1992, Nanjing trust and investment company, the predecessor of Zijin trust, was established. In February 2010, approved by the CBRC, it was reorganized by four strategic investors, namely Nanjing capital investment holding company, Sumitomo Mitsui trust bank, sancellular group, Nanjing hi tech Economic Development Corporation and Jiangsu Jinzhi Technology Co., Ltd. in October 2010, it was renamed as Zijin Trust Co., Ltd. with the approval of CBRC.
