Bank of Hainan Co., Ltd., headquartered at 31 haixiu East Road, Haikou City, Hainan Province, is a joint-stock commercial bank approved by the State Council and approved by the CBRC. It is also the only provincial legal person commercial bank in Hainan Province.

Founding meeting

On July 18, 2015, Hainan Bank held the founding meeting and the first general meeting of shareholders, the first meeting of the first board of directors and the first meeting of the first board of supervisors.
