Sunshine Property Insurance was established in July 2005. It is a national insurance company mainly engaged in property insurance business, with a registered capital of 3.18 billion yuan. There are 36 branches in operation, more than 1000 third and fourth tier branches, more than 36 million customers and 28.8 billion yuan of compensation.

Sunshine life insurance was established in December 2007. It is a national professional life insurance company mainly engaged in life insurance, health insurance, accident insurance and other life insurance businesses. Its registered capital is 9.171 billion yuan, with 30 secondary institutions and more than 600 tertiary and tertiary branches.

Sunshine asset management company was established in December 2012, formerly known as the asset management center of sunshine insurance group.
