The registered capital of the company is 50 million yuan. On June 26, 2000, the company obtained the first legal person license of insurance brokerage institution issued by China Insurance Regulatory Commission. On June 29, 2000, the company was officially established with its headquarters in Guangzhou, China. In March 2003, it was approved by China Insurance Regulatory Commission and became one of the first pilot units of insurance brokerage companies to set up branches in China. In 2004, it won the honorary title of "China enterprise integrity management demonstration unit".
