Background

Sino US International is a national insurance sales service agency approved by China Insurance Regulatory Commission. The company is jointly founded by people's Life Insurance Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of PICC group specializing in life insurance business, and American International Group (AIG). It is registered in Qianhai District, Shenzhen City, the people's Republic of China, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. on December 7, 2012, the people's insurance group of China was listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange, and AIG became its largest strategic investor. Chinese people's Insurance Group (PICC) and AIG decided to jointly apply for the establishment of a national insurance Sales Service Co based on the strong cooperation between the two sides and the unanimous view of the Chinese mainland's insurance market prospects, and signed a joint venture agreement in May 30, 2013. on March 26, 2014, the Sino US international opening ceremony was held in Beijing.
