Ping An Asset Management Co., Ltd., a member of China Ping An insurance (Group) Co., Ltd., was established in May 2005 with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. The company is located in Pudong, Shanghai, China, formerly known as the investment management center of China Ping An Insurance Co., Ltd., which was established in 1997.
