3. Claim commitment
(1) Limitation of claims
If the application materials are complete, the nature of the case is clear and does not need further verification, the insurance company shall make a claim settlement decision within 10 working days from the date of acceptance, and inform the customer of the processing results in a timely manner; if the claim settlement application cannot be determined within 10 working days, the insurance company shall inform the customer of the processing progress.
