Tian'an Life Insurance Co., Ltd. was restructured into a company limited by shares in 2009, and its name was changed to Tian'an Life Insurance Co., Ltd. on August 22, 2019, the top 100 private enterprise service industry in China in 2019 was released, and Tian'an Life Insurance Co., Ltd. ranked 43rd.
From July 17, 2020, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission will take over Tian'an Life Insurance Co., Ltd. in accordance with the law for a period of one year. If the takeover fails to achieve the expected effect, the takeover period shall be extended according to law.

2000: Hengkang Tianan was jointly established by American Hengkang life insurance company and China Tianan Insurance Co., Ltd.
In 2009, it was approved by the original CIRC on the matters related to the capital increase and restructuring of Hengkang Tianan, and changed from a limited liability company to a joint stock limited company and its name to Tianan Life Insurance Co., Ltd.
2011: Tianan Life ushered in the development period, started the national operation layout of the organization, and initially completed the construction and integration of the company's core competitiveness.
In 2012, the registered capital increased to 1 billion yuan, and the scale premium income increased by 264% over the same period of last year.
