Ririshun Logistics

Ririshun logistics is a subsidiary of Haier Electrical appliances, providing logistics services for manufacturers, offline retailers and e-commerce customers of household appliances, furniture, sanitary ware and other categories.

Haier ririshun has integrated its distribution and installation due to its original service in the sales of household appliances of Haier Group. Ririshun outlets are all over the country, deep into County, township and village level areas, and more importantly, ririshun's advantage lies in large goods distribution.

Products and services

According to the announcement, Nishun logistics and Zhejiang Cainiao Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., a logistics platform company invested by Alibaba group, signed a general agreement on logistics services, and Nishun logistics agreed to provide logistics services to Cainiao group.

Development experience

In January 2017, Haier electric announced that the HK $1.316 billion debt to equity swap of Alibaba Group's investment in ririshun logistics, a subsidiary of Haier electric, took effect, and the convertible bond was converted into 24.1% shares of ririshun logistics. at the end of 2013, Alibaba Group invested HK $965 million in Haier electric appliances by way of HK $541 million for 9.9% equity of ririshun logistics and subscription of new shares of listed companies, and obtained 2% equity of listed companies after investment.
