4. Matters needing attention in the transaction
A. 24 hours after we confirm the receipt of the consignor's goods, if the consignor hasn't made the payment, and there is no reasonable reason to explain, the seller can ask the intermediary for payment If the buyer has not paid yet, the seller can ask to cancel the transaction, and the intermediary returns the goods to the seller, but the intermediary fee is still charged. b. if the goods are sent to the buyer, please give a reply within three days to see if the payment can be made to the seller. If there is no reply after the time, the intermediary can default that the buyer agrees to make the payment to the seller. If there is a problem, the buyer returns the goods to the seller, and the seller gives a reply within three days after receiving the goods. If there is a problem, the seller needs to negotiate to give a reply within a week at most. If there is no news beyond the time, the intermediary can default that the Seller agrees to return the payment to the buyer.
