Jingqiao town is located at the south foot of Wuxiang mountain, Lishui District, Nanjing City, 40 kilometers north of Nanjing Lukou International Airport. Xinqiao river runs through the market town and flows into Shijiu lake from east to west. With a total area of 142.6 square kilometers (2017) and a total population of 36733 people (2017), Jingqiao town is one of the eight established towns in Lishui District, and its comprehensive economic strength ranks the eighth in Lishui district.
