Sunke farm

Xunke farm is one of the large farms in Heilongjiang agricultural reclamation system. It is located at the north foot of Xiaoxing'an Mountains, on the Bank of Heilongjiang, across the river from Russia. The farm has strong mechanized farming strength and the ability to resist natural disasters. Sunke farm was established by Heihe Commissioner's office in 1960. It is called "the first farm in Heihe reclamation area" and is under the leadership of Heihe special office. In 1962, it was taken over by the General Logistics Department of the Chinese people's Liberation Army and changed to Sunke racecourse, under the direct leadership of the military and horse Bureau of Baicheng Office of the General Logistics Department. In January 1963, Xunke horse farm was changed into Xunke first army horse farm, and Xunke second army horse farm was established in Dagang, Songshugou. In January 1964, the two military horse farms were merged into Sunke military horse farm. In 1976, the army horse farm of Xunke was transferred to the leadership of Heilongjiang Provincial State Farm Administration Bureau, which was renamed Xunke farm and later attached to Bei'an farm Administration Bureau. Kuerbin farm (including Dongshan farm) was merged into Sunke farm in 1978. At the end of 1992, the total population was about 17000.
