Xingshugang town

Apricot Town, belonging to Honggang District, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Honggang District, East and the junction of Shengping Town, Anda City, adjacent to the high town of Datai Town, Datong District, west of the forest town of Lin Yuan and Hongqi forest in Datong District, North and four oil production plant. In 2018, the area was 450 square kilometers, and the registered residence population was 30517.

In November 1949, the Tenth District was set up. In March 1955, it was renamed zhongneipao district. In 1980, it belonged to Honggang district; in April, it was renamed Xingshugang commune. In 1984, the commune was transformed into a township. In December 1998, the township was transformed into a town. As of October 2019, Xingshugang town has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages.

Historical evolution

In September 1958, it was changed into Taiyangsheng commune.

In November 1960, it was renamed Xingshugang commune.

In June 1961, it was renamed zhongneipao commune.

In July 1968, zhongneipao commune, Xinglong ranch, a branch of satellite ranch in Zhaozhou County, and Taipingshan, Hongwei and Xinglong River in xinglongquan commune in Anda county were merged into Hongwei commune, which belongs to Sartu special zone in Anda county.

In 1980, it belonged to Honggang district; in April, it was renamed Xingshugang commune.

In 1984, the commune was transformed into a township.

In December 1998, the township was transformed into a town.
