Guyue Town, belonging to Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Pingshan County, bordering Wentang town in the East, Xiuhui town in the south, Xinzhuang township of Jingxing County, Beiye Township in the west, and xiahuai town in the north, with an administrative area of 132.67 square kilometers.

In 1949, it belonged to hongzidian District of Jianping County; in August 1988, it was withdrawn from the district and merged with the township to establish Guyue town. As of June 2020, Guyue town has jurisdiction over 43 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in zhongguyue village.

History of construction

In 1949, it belonged to hongzidian District of Jianping County.

In 1953, Guyue township was established.

In September 1958, Guyue commune was established, belonging to Pingshan County.

In 1983, it was changed into Guyue township.

In August 1988, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged, and Guyue town was established.
