Hebei town
Hebei town, subordinate to Luobei County, Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the west of Luobei county and the northern edge of Sanjiang Plain. It is adjacent to Nongken Gongqing farm and Huanshan Township in the East, Nongken Baoquanling farm in the south, Hebei Forestry Bureau in the West and Taipinggou Township in the north. In 2018, the area was 101.93 square kilometers, and the registered residence was 7620.
In 1980, Hebei Forestry Bureau was established. In 1984, nearly 100 hectares of land around 20 companies of Baoquanling farm was set up as the Preparatory Office of Hebei town, which has jurisdiction over three residents' committees. In 1985, the residents committee of the family area of Hebei railway station was included. In 1990, the second residents committee was divided into the second and fifth residents committees. In 1996, the brick yard of the Second Light Industry Bureau of Luobei county was put under the control of Hebei town. In 2001, struggling township was merged into Hebei town. As of October 2019, Hebei town has 5 neighborhood committees and 10 administrative villages.
In 2018, there were 6 industrial enterprises and 14 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Hebei town.
