Jianshe Road Street, belonging to Xing'an District, Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Xing'an District, bordering Hongqi Township, Dongshan District on the East, West and south, and Nanshan District on the north. In 2011, it has a total area of 4 square kilometers and a total population of 16715.

In 1969, North Station District was set up. In 1971, it was changed to second street. In 1981, it was renamed Jianshe Road street. As of October 2019, Jianshe street has jurisdiction over Yanhe community and Xianghe community.

In 2011, Jianshe Street's agriculture and animal husbandry mainly raised live pigs, sheep and poultry, with 480 live pigs and 400 on hand at the end of the year; 220 sheep and 20 on hand at the end of the year; 14000 poultry, 11000 listed poultry and 482 tons of meat. The total revenue was 4.8 million yuan, an increase of 6% over the previous year.
