Xingkaihu farm

Xingkaihu farm is a state-owned farm of Heilongjiang General Bureau of agricultural reclamation, which is subordinate to Mudanjiang Branch. It is located in the southeast of Mishan City in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province, 95 km away from the residence of Mishan municipal government. Xingkai Lake farm is named because it is near Xingkai Lake.

Historical evolution

In August 1955, the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau established a reform through labor farm here. With the development of the domestic and international situation, the original reform through labor criminals have been released one after another after serving their sentences, or they have been turned into farm workers, and the reform through labor farms have also been turned into general state farms. in 1962, the farm was changed into the farm management office, and the original subordinate branch was changed into a farm. On June 25, 1966, the Party committee of Xingkaihu farm management office was under the leadership of Mishan county Party committee of the Communist Party of China. On April 12, 1967, the Public Security Department of Heilongjiang Province took over the Management Office of Xingkaihu farm and restored the name of Xingkaihu farm. In June 1968, Heilongjiang production and Construction Corps was established as the 43rd corps of the fourth division, and Xingkaihu aquaculture farm was incorporated into the Corps. In February 1976, the production and Construction Corps was abolished and the farm system was restored, still known as Xingkaihu farm, which was under the leadership of Mudanjiang Farm Management Bureau. in 1980, Xingkai Lake aquaculture farm was designated and led by Heilongjiang Fisheries Bureau. In June 2002, most of the farmland of the farm was listed on the market. The original farm was divided into Xingkaihu farm (existing) and Xingkaihu branch of Heilongjiang Beidahuang Agriculture Co., Ltd. in 2019, the gross output value of the farm will be 630 million yuan, the per capita income of workers and families will be 26000 yuan, and the total grain output will be 329200 tons.

Xingkaihu farm is located at 45 ° 02 ′～ 45 ° 23 ′ N and 132 ° 35 ′～ 133 ° 08 ′ e, with a total land area of 1.709 million mu, including 586000 mu of cultivated land, grassland, woodland, reed plain, wetland, water surface, etc. it is listed as national ecological demonstration area, international important wetland and National Geopark. There are five rivers in the farm, namely, daxingkai lake, xiaoxingkai lake, Dongbei paozi River, songaca River, Xiaohei River, galatong River, jiaojialiangzi River and zhaimazi river. Daxingkai lake is a fresh water lake shared by China and Russia, with a total area of 4380 square kilometers. A straight line from Dangbi Town to the mouth of the great lake is the border between China and Russia, with an area of 1080 square kilometers in China. The deepest water depth of daxingkai Lake in China is not more than 6 meters, generally 1-2 meters, and the lake surface elevation is about 69 meters. In China, the bottom of the lake is fine sand and the slope is very gentle. It is an excellent swimming place It is a famous tourist attraction in Heilongjiang Province. Xiaoxingkai lake and Dongbei paozi are the main water sources for irrigation of paddy fields and collection of reed along the coast. Songacha river is the boundary river between China and Russia, and also the outlet of daxingkai lake.

The annual average temperature is 3.9 ℃, the extreme maximum temperature is 33.2 ℃, the extreme minimum temperature is - 40 ℃, the annual active accumulated temperature greater than or equal to 10 ℃ is 2785.9 ℃, the annual average frost free period is 149 days, and the rainfall is mainly concentrated from May to September, accounting for 70.4% of the annual precipitation, and the annual average precipitation is 556.5mm. Xingkai Lake farm is located on the alluvial plain of Xingkai Lake, which is composed of low plain and sand hillock. Sand hillock and plain are distributed alternately, and the plain accounts for 96% of the total area. Xiaoxingkai lake and hugang floodgate can not only irrigate by gravity, but also flood control and drainage, which are suitable for the development of agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery production. The total land area is 1.876 million mu, including 293000 mu of cultivated land and 674000 mu of water surface. The main crops are wheat, soybean, corn, rice and so on. The farm is rich in resources. There are 48 kinds of freshwater fish in the water area. Among them, the most valuable are Sanhua (Aohua, bream, crucian carp), Zhiluo and faruo in Wuluo, and dabaiyu with tender white meat. Dabaiyu is known as one of the four famous fish. Gangdi has a natural secondary forest area of 1218 hectares, with a total timber storage of 111800 cubic meters. There are 186 species of 81 families of medicinal plants growing in the forest. the total population of the farm is 12000, with 7 management areas, 31 operation stations and forest farms. There are 2768 employees, including 168 managers.
