Jilatu Township
Jilatu Township, which belongs to qianguoerlos Mongolian Autonomous County, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, is located in the east of qianguoerlos Mongolian Autonomous County, 12 kilometers away from the people's Government of qianguoerlos Mongolian Autonomous County; it faces Yongping township of Fuyu County across the Songhua River in the East, wangfuzhan town in the south, ERU Township and baiyilaga Township in the west, and qianguoerlos town in the north. The total administrative area is 80.97 square kilometers.
During the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, Xibo people came to live here according to the holy edict; in 1983, jilatu commune was changed into jilatu township. By the end of 2018, the village of Gila Tu had 15402 registered residence population. As of June 202, jilatu township has jurisdiction over two communities and seven administrative villages.

History of construction
During the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, Xibo people came to live here according to the holy edict; at the end of Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty, Mongolian and Manchu people came here to graze and reclaim wasteland.
From the late Qing Dynasty to the 25th year of the Republic of China (1936), it belonged to gongnutuk (District) of Guoerluosi Front Banner; in the 26th year of the Republic of China (1937), it belonged to the second NUK (District); in the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), it belonged to jilatu (District); in the 34th year of the Republic of China (1945), "August 15th" restoration; in March of the 35th year of the Republic of China (1946), it set up jilatu (District).
In March 1956, it was divided into three townships: Hanjiadian, Qijiazi and Korean nationality, belonging to two townships of Korean nationality and Qijiazi.
In April 1958, the Korean nationality township was renamed jilatu township; in October, jilatu Township, Hanjiadian Township, Qijiazi Township and Qijiazi farm were merged into the Yangtze River commune.
In 1959, Qijiazi farm separated out and set up jilatu commune.
In 1983, jilatu commune was transformed into jilatu township.

The maximum distance from east to west is 12 kilometers, and the maximum distance from north to south is 19.5 kilometers. The total administrative area is 80.97 square kilometers.
