Huadian town

Huadian Town, belonging to Ji'an City, Tonghua City, Jilin Province, is located in the northwest of Ji'an city. It borders Taishang town in the East and Southeast, erpengdianzi town in Huanren Manchu Autonomous County, Liaoning Province in the South and southwest, Caiyuan town in the west, toudao town in the north and Qinghe town in the northeast. It is 85 kilometers away from Ji'an City, with a total area of 155.49 square kilometers.

In the late Qing Dynasty, Huadian town belonged to xianjubao, Tonghua County; in November 1984, Huadian town was replaced by Huadian town. By the end of 2018, Hudian town had a registered residence population of 9814. As of June 2020, Huadian town has one community and eight administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in the central area of Huadian village.

History of construction

In the late Qing Dynasty, it belonged to xianjubao in Tonghua County. In 1902, it was assigned to Ji'an County.

In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it was changed into a town in the north and a town in the West. In 1923, it belonged to huadianzi Village (vice Village) and huangchagou Village (vice Village) in six districts. During the Japanese puppet period, it belonged to jiucaiyuan village in six districts. In 1945, it was the residence of five districts.

In February 1956, Huadian township was set up, belonging to huadianzi district.

In September 1958, Huadian Township, Taishang Township and shuangchahe Township were merged into Chunguang commune; in December of the same year, it was renamed Taishang commune.
