Jingouzi Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Kaiyuan city, Tieling City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of Kaiyuan city, on the North Bank of Qinghe River, adjacent to Laocheng street in the East, Xingkai street in the south, Babao town in the west, Mazhonghe town and Liangzhongqiao town in Changtu County in the north, with an administrative area of 112.96 square kilometers.

In 1958, jingouzi commune was established; in 1984, jingouzi township was changed; in 1990, jingouzi town was changed. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Jin Gou Zi town was 28364. As of June 2020, jingouzi town has 16 administrative villages.
