Gaosheng street, belonging to Panshan County, Panjin City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of Panshan County, facing Taian County, Anshan City in the East, Chenjia town in the south, Desheng street in the west, zhangjiacun village, Beizhen City, Jinzhou City in the northwest, Heishan County, Jinzhou City in the North, Heishan County, Jinzhou City and Taian County, Anshan City in the northeast, with an administrative area of 165.18 square kilometers.
In the Ming Dynasty, gaopingbao was set up, belonging to guangningwei; in March 2002, it merged with Xibin township to form Gaosheng town. In 2017, Gaosheng town was abolished and Gaosheng street was set up. By the end of 2018, the population of Gaosheng Street registered residence was 28478. As of June 2020, Gaosheng street has jurisdiction over one community and 17 administrative villages, and its sub district office is located at No. 467, Gaosheng South Road.

History of construction
In the Ming Dynasty, Gaoping fort was set up, belonging to guangningwei.
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the Xinmin Hall of Guangning Prefecture.
In 1906, it belonged to Panshan hall.
In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), Panshan hall was changed into a county, and then it belonged to Panshan county.
In 1956, the township was set up, belonging to Panshan County, Liaoyang district.
In 1958, it was changed into a commune, belonging to Panshan county.
In 1966, Panshan county and Panjin Agricultural Reclamation Bureau merged into Panjin reclamation area, which belongs to Panjin reclamation area.
In 1970, Panjin reclamation area was transformed into Panjin area, which belongs to Panshan area.
In 1980, Panshan district was changed into Panshan County, which belongs to Panshan county.
In 1984, the commune was transformed into a town.
In March 2002, Gaosheng town was merged with Xibin township.
