Located in the northeast of Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County in Dandong City, Liaoning Province, Bohai town is adjacent to Taipingshao town in the East, Hongshi town in the south, dachuantou town and shihugou town in the west, niumaowu town in the north, with an administrative area of 258 square kilometers.
In 1951, the 11th district was set up, and in 1995, it was renamed Boron sea town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of borhai town was 13048. As of June 2020, there are eight administrative villages under the jurisdiction of the town.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of the town was 60 million yuan, an increase of 61% over the previous year. The local fiscal revenue was 23.07 million yuan, an increase of 46.8% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 6830 yuan. History of construction
In 1951, the 11th district was established.
In 1955, it was renamed Jiapigou district.
In 1956, Jiapigou township was set up, which belongs to Qingyi mountain area.
In 1958, it was renamed Jiapigou commune.
In 1983, it was renamed Jiapigou township.
In 1985, Jiapigou Manchu Township was rebuilt.
In 1995, it changed its name to Bohai town.
