Mingshuihe Town, belonging to Aershan City, Xing'an League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located at the southernmost end of Aershan City, adjacent to zalaite banner in the East, Horqin Right Wing Front Banner in the south, Wuchagou town in the west, Tianchi town and Zalantun City in Hulunbuir city in the north. The area of Ming Shui River town is 2012 square kilometers, and by the end of 2018, the registered residence population was 5320.
In May 2002, Wuchagou town was divided into Wuchagou town and mingshuihe town; in June 2006, mingshuihe town was merged into Wuchagou town; in May 2009, mingshuihe management office was established; in December 30, 2010, mingshuihe town was established. Mingshuihe town is a transitional area from the middle and low mountains of Daxinganling to the Mongolian Plateau.
