It is 4.5 kilometers wide from east to west and 12 kilometers long from north to south, covering a total area of 50 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 5 districts and 44 administrative villages, with a total population of 37789 (in 2010), mainly Han nationality, and four ethnic minorities including Hui, man, Miao and Zhuang.
In October 2003, lihaiwu town was changed into Fenghuang street.
Basic information
In 1984, the former Li Haiwu commune was changed into Li Haiwu town. It was changed to Fenghuang street in October 2003. Quansi site is located in the west of Quansi village in the south of the city, covering an area of about 10000 square meters. There was a round mound in the middle, about 3 meters above the ground. Under the yellow sand, has been a large number of excavation, forming about 2000 square meters of puddles. A large number of pottery pieces are scattered on the surface of the site, and the cultural layer is 2 meters thick. The collected specimens include stone, stone arrowhead, tripod, tripod, gray black pottery and so on. There are two kinds of pottery pieces, sand and mud, mostly gray and black, and a small amount of red and brown pottery. There are rope pattern, string pattern, basket pattern, checkerboard pattern and additional stack pattern, most of which are rope pattern. The pottery is made by wheels, and can be identified as tripod, tripod, pot, basin, bowl, lid, plate, etc. The site also unearthed dozens of Han Dynasty pottery pots and pots. According to physical research, the site belongs to the Neolithic Longshan culture of the primitive society to the Han Dynasty, about 5000 years ago. In December 1992, it was listed as a provincial cultural relic protection unit. Zhoujiadian shiplock is located on the ancient canal in zhoujiadian village. It was built in the fourth year of the Yuan Dynasty (1300). It is about 6 kilometers away from the upstream seven level North lock. It is an important water transport facility on the ancient canal. It has been repaired many times in history. There are two gates in the gate. When the two gates are closed, they are octagonal. Each door is about 1 meter from bottom to top, each with two small square doors, known as "butterfly door". The small doors are controlled by ropes and can be operated at any time when standing on them. The two gates are respectively fixed on the stone walls on both sides, and the grooves behind the closed doors extend to the stone walls. The bottom of the groove is respectively provided with square wooden bars, and the inner ends of the wooden bars are respectively connected with the gate. The groove is provided with a cast iron stirring mill, and the lower part of the stirring mill is provided with an iron gear. Because the iron gear is connected with the square bar with gear on the flat side at the bottom of the groove, when it is used, it can drive the gear by pushing the stirring mill, and then use the gear to move the wooden bar, or push it out or pull it in, so as to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the gear. In order to avoid the gate failure and affect the use, in addition to the other two gates, there are gate devices, gate and long wooden board, which are arranged on the bottom in turn, and their two ends are respectively stuck into the grooves of the two walls. This gate is usually used in case of failure. The north gate has the same scale and shape as the south gate. The difference is that the gate opens in the opposite direction. between the south gate and the north gate, there were three wharves on the East Bank of the river, and the steps of the wharves were made of square stones. When the canal was open to navigation, most of the goods were loaded and unloaded here. About 60 meters to the west of the north and South sluice is the crossing river. The cross river separates from the main river outside the South Gate (the south of the gate), then turns to the west, North and East, and finally merges into the main river outside the north gate (the north of the gate). Over the river, a bridge culvert is built across the river. Water holes are set under the culvert, and doors are set at each hole, which can be opened or closed to control the water flow. although the ancient canal here has been filled and leveled, the whole gate is basically in good condition. In addition, zhoujiadian shiplock has three stone tablets. The first is the inscription of Tongji Bridge in 1782, which is written in a clear style. The first one is the stele of rebuilding the suspension bridge of zhoujiadian gate, which states that "the old suspension bridge of zhoujiadian gate in the south of the city..." There is no way to verify the content of another pass. In 2006, zhoujiadian shiplock was identified as the Sixth Batch of national cultural relics protection units. Baizhuang site is located in the northeast of Xibai village, covering an area of about 500 square meters. In the central part, there was a long and narrow mound from north to south, which was 2 meters above the ground. Some of the mounds on the ground were taken away by the villagers, leaving 1 meter thick brown soil layer as cultivated land. There are many pieces of pottery scattered on the surface of the site, and the specimens collected include cloth pottery, black pottery, brown pottery and red pottery. Decorative patterns mainly include rope pattern, cloth pattern and so on. According to the physical research, it belongs to the site from Longshan culture to Han Dynasty, and later there were temples. In the middle of Qing Dynasty, the temple was burned by fire. There are many legends and stories about Baizhuang temple among local people. In December 1992, Baizhuang site was listed as a key cultural relic protection unit at the provincial level.
