Shebiya Township, belonging to Helingeer County, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the west of Helingeer County, on the southeast edge of tumechuan plain, adjacent to Chengguan town in the East, dahongcheng town in the south, wushijia town in Tuoketuo County in the west, Shengle town in the north, 19 kilometers away from the county, with a total administrative area of 448.61 square kilometers.
In 1950, shebiya district was set up. In July 2007, dongjiaying and shebiya were merged into shebiya township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of 32235 people had been registered. In 2019, shebiya Township governs 24 administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in shebiya village.
The animal husbandry in shebiya township is mainly for raising pigs, sheep, cattle and poultry; the industry has formed an industrial system mainly for stone mining and processing.
