Changxing Township, belonging to Xinxing District of Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the north of Xinxing District, bordering Boli County breeding stock farm in the East, wanbaohe town in Taoshan District in the south, Qingshan Township in Boli County in the West and dabalang Township in Huanan County in the north. In 2018, the area was 262.67 square kilometers, and the registered residence was 19930.

In 1967, it successively belonged to Qinglong mountain area, Qitaihe, qiangken and Qingshan township of Boli County. In December 1967, Changxing Township was established. In May 2001, LUOQUAN township of Boli County was incorporated into the city. In December 2009, Changxing Township was assigned to Xinxing District of Qitaihe City. As of October 2019, Changxing rural area has 12 administrative villages and 1 living area.

Changxing Township is located in the low mountains and hills between Dajia mountain and Ma'anshan mountain, with an altitude of 157-555 meters. The terrain is high in the southeast and low in the northwest, forming a long and narrow terrain gradually inclined from southeast to northwest.
climate
Changxing Township has a temperate monsoon climate, under the control of westerly circulation, with distinct monsoon and four distinct seasons. In spring, due to the chasing movement of cyclones and anticyclones, the temperature fluctuates from high to low, and the phenomenon of "three colds and four temperatures" is obvious; the wind is windy, and spring drought often occurs; the precipitation begins to increase, and the warming is fast. Affected by the southeast monsoon in summer, the temperature and precipitation are the highest in the whole year. In autumn, the Siberian high began to strengthen. Under the control of the cold air in the north, the temperature dropped quickly, the precipitation was less, and the weather was clear in autumn, but the temperature difference between day and night was large. In winter, under the control of cold air in the mainland, it is very cold and dry. In the four seasons, the duration of winter is the longest and the precipitation is about 500mm.
