Taiyangsheng Town, subordinate to Xiushui County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, is located at the exit of Xiuhe River in the northeast of Xiushui county. It reaches Qingjiang township of Wuning County in the East, Miaoling Township in the southeast, Sidu town in the west, Donglin Township and chuantan town of Wuning County in the north, covering an area of 104.84 square kilometers. It governs 3 communities and 11 administrative villages. In late 2018, the sun rose to the town with 35 thousand and 300 registered residence population.

History of construction
In the Qing Dynasty, the territory belonged to the first, second and third capitals of taixiang.
During the period of the Republic of China, it was Yangmei Township and Sanmin Township in the valley area.
In September 1949, it was divided into seven townships (Yangmei, Liangkou, Shiao, Aotou, huangtang, Xi'ao, Chengao) and Sandu street, which belonged to Sandu district (District 2); in September 1956, it was merged into four townships (Yangmei, Sandu, Huping, and Lianmeng); in August 1958, Yangmei, Sandu, Huping, and Lianmeng were merged to form Taiyangsheng commune; in 1984, Taiyangsheng commune was abolished and changed into Taiyangsheng township; in May 1992, Taiyangsheng commune was established, In January 1996, Taiyangsheng town was renamed Sandu town; in June 2008, Sandu town was renamed Taiyangsheng town.
