Tongxin Township

Tongxin Township, belonging to Nehe City, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the south of Nehe City, adjacent to Keshan County farm in the East, Tongnan town in the south, Tongyi town and Changfa town in the west, and Changfa town and Nenan town in the north. It is 30 kilometers away from Heshi District, with a total administrative area of 252.8 square kilometers.

In 1923, the area of Tongxin township was called tanjiayao, belonging to six districts. In December 2003, Juhe township was merged into Tongxin township. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Tongxin township was 34284. In 2019, Tongxin village governs 11 administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in Tongxin village.

In 2018, Tongxin Township had 45 industrial enterprises and 10 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

History of construction

In 1923, it was named tanjiayao, belonging to six districts. After the fall of Northeast China in 1931, Tongnan town was established. In 1938, Tongxin village was renamed Tongnan village. In 1946, it was the Tenth District.

In 1955, it was changed into Tongnan district.

In 1956, it was divided into Tongnan, Kangning, Xingjiang and Tongxin townships.

In 1958, Tongnan, Kangning, Xingjiang and Tongxin were merged into Qianjin commune.

In 1959, Qianjin commune was renamed Tongnan commune.

In 1961, Tongnan commune established Tongxin commune.

In 1984, Tongxin commune was transformed into Tongxin township.

In December 2003, Juhe township was merged into Tongxin township.
