The Qing Dynasty Xuan Tong (three years) (1911) is a third Township in Jing'an county (now the north of the Bai city). In August 1993, it was a Northern District of Baicheng. History of construction
Xuantong three years of the Qing Dynasty (1911), is Jingan county (today's white city Taobei District) third township.
In the third year of the Republic of China (1914), it belonged to the first district of Taoan county (now Taobei District of Baicheng City).
In 1933, it belonged to Sanhe Tunbao, the first district of Taoan county.
In 1950, it belonged to the first district of Baicheng county (now Taobei District of Baicheng City).
In 1956, it was changed into Sanhe township.
