Longwang Township
Longwang Township, belonging to Nong'an County, Changchun City, Jilin Province, is located in the southwest of Nong'an county. It faces Kaian town and Kuancheng Helong town across Xinkai River in the East, Shaoguo town and Huaide town in Gongzhuling City in the south, Sangang town in the West and bajilei town and Huajia town in the North. It is 38 kilometers away from Nong'an County, with a total area of 230 square kilometers.
In the fifth year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty (1800), Longwang Township belonged to 11 Hengyu townships; in 1983, it was changed from Longwang commune to Longwang township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Dragon King Township was 29455. As of June 2020, Longwang village has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in Tongxin village.
In 2018, Longwang Township had 4 industrial enterprises and 24 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Qing Jiaqing five years (1800), is Hengyu Township 11. Qing Xuantong three years (1911), is Changchun Hengyu township.
In the third year of the Republic of China (1914), it belonged to the four districts of Changchun county. In 1929, it belonged to eight districts of Changchun county. In 1944, Longwang district was changed. In 1947, it was renamed the 11th district.
In 1951, it was renamed district 15.
In 1953, it was renamed Longwang district.
In 1958, it was renamed Longwang commune.
In 1983, Longwang commune was changed into Longwang township.

In 2011, Longwang rural governs 13 administrative villages including Tongxin, xiaoyushu, cuijiaqiao, Yixin, taipingchi, Liangzhong, wengke, Lianhe, daxingtang, yujiawazi, Shagang, Yongyong and Xinmin.
