Huanghua town

Huanghua town is located in the west of Linzhou City, close to the urban area. In the area, there are Linwu mountain (Taihang Mountain) towering, red flag canal passing through, Huanghua Mountain, Tianping mountain, lubanhuo, qianbaogou and other scenic spots. It covers an area of 105 square kilometers and 2300 hectares of cultivated land.

Historical evolution

Chengguan commune was established in 1958 and township was changed in 1983.

In December 1987, Chengguan Township was abolished and Chengguan town was established.

In December 1988, Chengguan town was divided into Chengguan town and Chengjiao township; the government of Chengjiao township was located in Cangkou Street West, where the former Chengguan town government was located.

In 1994, xiashen Street administrative village was put under the jurisdiction of Chengguan town.

In August 1995, sifangnao administrative village was abolished, and the former Guojiazhuang administrative village was divided into four administrative villages: gedao, Guojiazhuang, nanmajiazhuang and nanguanxi.

In 1997, with an area of 150 square kilometers and a population of 89000, it has jurisdiction over sixiyu, fushuiao, xijiawa, Shengou, Nanying, Zhifang, miaohuang, Huanghua, Dongjiacun, madizhang, gaojiazhuang, yangshuiwa, Songjiazhuang, weijiazhuang, beiguanxi, nanwangmiao, Guojia, Taoyuan, guojiayuan, sangyuan, baiyangao, Datun, hujiazhuang, Qinglin, Erlong temple, Tulou, cuijiazhuang and Huaishu There are 44 administrative villages in the area, namely, Jichi, wangjiachi, diepo, liujiajie, Jingyuan, dahetou, Haoyuan, Shangzhuang, Xiazhuang, changjiazhuang, Shilou, lijiamun, Xijie, Dongjie, gedao, nanmajiazhuang and nanguanxi.

In 2002, with a total area of 139 square kilometers, it has jurisdiction over 44 administrative villages, 208 natural villages and 420 villager groups, with a population of 88281, including 1550 non-agricultural people.

On January 7, 2003, Xijie administrative village, qianjiazhuang and Majiazhuang natural villages in liujiajie administrative village, lijiachi natural village in huaishuchi administrative village, guduizhuang natural village in wangjiachi administrative village, dongliushuxing and xiliushuxing natural villages in diepo administrative village, hujiazhuang natural village in hujiazhuang administrative village, Louzhuang natural village in Datun administrative village were put under urban management.

In March 2016, the suburban township was abolished and Huanghua town was set up. Eight administrative villages, including Dongjie, Shengou, Nanying, Xiazhuang, diepo, Shangzhuang, Haoyuan and Jingyuan, are under the jurisdiction of Longshan office; three administrative villages, including liujiajie, huaishuchi and wangjiachi, and Shanshui Jiaxiu community, are under the jurisdiction of Zhenlin office; two administrative villages, including dahetou and tianxiyu, are under the jurisdiction of Kaiyuan office; and suburban villages of fine chemical industry park are under the jurisdiction of Hejian town.

Regionalization adjustment

The 35th session of the Standing Committee of the 14th Linzhou Municipal People's Congress heard and deliberated the "report of Linzhou Municipal People's Government on the adjustment of the district division of some towns and townships in our city and the removal of suburban townships into towns".

The meeting held that with the development of urban construction in our city, the carrying capacity of the old urban area has approached the limit, and the industrial development and urban construction land have been greatly limited. In fact, the urban-rural fringe in suburban rural area has developed into a new urban area, which has the foundation to integrate into the main urban area. The adjustment of 13 villages and 1 community in the outskirts of the city, with a total area of 37.06 square kilometers, is conducive to the unified planning of the municipal government, the expansion of the urban framework, and the overall improvement of the management level of urban planning and construction. The western part of our city has rich and unique tourism resources, and the removal of villages and towns is conducive to the development of leisure tourism industry. The division of suburban areas under the jurisdiction of Fine Chemical Industry Park into Hejian town is conducive to better layout of industrial projects and undertaking urban industrial transfer.

The meeting decided to agree with the regional adjustment plan put forward by the municipal government, that is, 8 administrative villages including Dongjie, Shengou, Nanying, Xiazhuang, diepo, Shangzhuang, Haoyuan and Jingyuan in Chengjiao rural areas are assigned to Longshan office; 3 administrative villages including liujiajie, huaishuchi and wangjiachi and Shanshui Jiaxiu community are assigned to Zhenlin office; 2 administrative villages including dahetou and tianxiyu are assigned to Kaiyuan office; and refinement is carried out The suburban township of the industrial park is under the jurisdiction of Hejian town. A total of 13 villages, 1 community and 1 Industrial Park have been transferred, involving 41415 people and covering an area of 37.06 square kilometers. After the adjustment of administrative divisions, the suburban rural area covers an area of 101.94 square kilometers and governs 30 administrative villages with a total population of 55639. We agreed to abolish suburban towns and set up Huanghua town.

In Huanghua Town, it is planned to plan six functional blocks of "five areas and one city" with cultural, business and tourism comprehensive service area, health care and elderly care resort, navigation low altitude Economic Zone, Taoyuan ecological leisure area, business and logistics park and Chuangzhi city as the main body.
