Liuerbao Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Liaoyang County, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southwest of Liaoyang County, adjacent to Shenda Expressway in the East, Anshan suburb in the southeast, Mujia town across Yunliang River in the south, tangmazhai town in the west, Liuhao town in the northwest, Shaling town and huangniwa town across Liuhao River in the north, with an administrative area of 125 square kilometers.
In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to Liaoyang County; on October 16, 1985, it implemented the merger of townships and towns, removed townships and built towns, and established the new liuerpu Town, which belonged to Liaoyang County. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Liu two town had 67511 people. As of June 2020, Liuerbao town has 18 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.

History of construction
In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to Liaoyang County.
In September 1958, liu'erbao District Office was changed into liu'erbao commune.
In May 1981, liu'erbu town was restored.
