Huanghe Street
Huanghe street, a street under the jurisdiction of Sucheng District, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, is managed by Suqian Economic and Technological Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as "economic development zone"), which is located in the northeast of economic development zone and the south of Sucheng city. It is an important part of the central city of Suqian, with an administrative area of 19.8 square kilometers. Huanghe street has a flat terrain, mild climate and four distinct seasons. The name of the Yellow River comes from a river called the ancient Yellow River in the east of the territory. In 2004, there were two communities in the economic development zone, namely Huanghe community and guchu community. Huanghe community was composed of Chengzhong and Zaoyuan, which were directly under the jurisdiction of the economic development zone at that time, Liyuan and Daokou in shuangzhuang Town, and Zhaozhuang in Gengche town. In 2006, jujube garden was separated out and put into the ancient Chu community. In 2011, Zhaozhuang was separated out and assigned to the ancient Chu community. In 2013, Jiuding, Chengyu and Taihe communities were added. In 2017, Suqian Municipal Government approved the cancellation of Huanghe street and the establishment of Huanghe street and guchu street. Huanghe street has convenient transportation, including Beijing Road (g235 urban section), Nanjing Road (s325 urban section), Xihu Road, Fazhan Avenue, Renmin Avenue, national and provincial trunk roads, and urban trunk roads.
In 2016, the annual public budget revenue of Huanghe community was 29.5 million yuan, an increase of 14.7% over the same period last year.
History of construction
Shuangzhuang town
In 2000, shuangzhuang Township and zhikou Township were abolished and shuangzhuang town was established. At the same time, Suqian City put Weijing and Daokou villages in shuangzhuang Township under the jurisdiction of Suqian Economic Development Zone.
In 2002, Suqian City put Zhuwei, Liyuan, Qianan and other villages in shuangzhuang town under the jurisdiction of economic development zone.
Gengche town
In 1996, due to the establishment of prefecture level Suqian City, the former Suqian City (county level) was divided into Sucheng district and Suyu County, and Gengche town belongs to Suyu County.
In 2003, Zhaozhuang, Liyuan and Xuwei in Gengche town were assigned to other nearby towns (streets).
Huanghe Street
In 2004, the economic development zone has two communities: Huanghe and guchu.
